HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

We offer expedited shipping for a flat rate of $15.99 or standard shipping for $6.99 per order. If your order total is over $50, shipping is free.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES starfreshi.com ACCEPT?

We currently accept credit card and PayPal. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we would be happy to assist you!

IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE FROM support@starfreshi.com?

Absolutely! We use GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures the secure transmission of your personal information over the Internet. We do not store credit card details or share your personal information with third parties.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@starfreshi.com within 8 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make changes after this time.

What if I'm not at home?

If you are not at home, a new delivery will be made the next day or the courier will contact you to schedule a new delivery date, depending on your country and chosen delivery method.

You may also need to visit your local post office to collect your package if it cannot be delivered.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received this email, please email support@starfreshi.com.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM? CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?

A pre-order item is an item you order before we have it in stock. You can cancel up until your order has been processed. To cancel, you can email us at support@starfreshi.com.

I ORDERED A PRE-ORDER SET. WILL THEY BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY?

We'll ship your order once all items are available. If you'd like to receive an in-stock item before your pre-order, please email us at support@starfreshi.com.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy.

Items must be in their original condition with the return label and hygiene seal still in place. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.

starfreshi.com offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping costs).

All returns can be sent to our US-based returns warehouse.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Requesting a return has never been easier!

We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. To initiate a return, simply email us at support@starfreshi.com using the email address used to process your order within 14 days of receiving your package.

Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping costs for returned merchandise, except for defective items. We also are unable to refund return shipping costs.

Once we receive your items, we will send you a new one or you will receive a refund (item price excluding the original shipping cost).

We cannot be held responsible for lost returned items. We recommend using a registered postal service to return your merchandise and keeping track of the tracking details.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

We work hard to ensure that all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have concerns about a defective or damaged item, please email us at support@starfreshi.com so we can urgently investigate the matter for you!
